This is on a lovely pedestrian truss bridge in Harrisburg, PA. (photos are from City Island facing east towards Harrisburg)
Starting on City Island and walking east toward the city, near the end of the first span of the bridge, find the drop attached to the bottom of the metal railing next to the concrete pathway.
You can also start from Front Street/Walnut Street by the Capital Area Greenbelt, and cross over all 7 spans on this side of the bridge until you arrive at City Island.
