Crispy Taco here, I remember finding out about DeadDrops in my sophomore year of high school and had been wanting to create my own for the longest time. Well I finally got to it. To me this website is sort of like a time capsule. I saw that back in 2013 Fantastic Mr. Fox placed a pirate box in the library. I went searching for it but unfortunately it seems like it no longer exists. Anyways I hope we can share files through these USB's. I'll try setting up more through out the valley in hopes of inspiring other young kids. I honestly thought there'd be no one who knew about DeadDrops in the valley. Much less actually made one.
Anyways the 1st DeadDrop I created is located in the southern part of UTRGV, underneath some water fountains, south of the academic. building. I'll be making another DeadDrop soon. This one does not have a ton of information. Again this is just to inspire people. Second, you will need a USB extension cable. DON'T be cheap or get discouraged, they're literally $4.88 at Walmart for a 6 foot one. (I doubt you'll be able to connect it directly to you're computer. That'd be one hell of an achievement. If you do I'll buy you a beer)
Another thing, Fantastic Mr. Fox, I hope you're doing well homie. If you see this make sure to drop a file or two.
Okay. see you guys! Please stuff does drives full of information! They're 16 GB so it should be easy. |
