Ternoot is a semi-metro station in The Hague located on the tram viaduct between The Hague Central Station and the Bezuidenhout district. Upon completion in 1976, it was known as 'the most expensive tram stop in the Netherlands'.Ternoot station is easy accesable
Tram lines 2 and 6 stop here, but Tram line 3 left this route on 8 October 2006. This line has since been running - along with Tram Line 4 - along Ternoot to and from The Hague Central Station. Lines 3 and 4 do stop at the nearby Beatrixkwartier tram station. |
