WHY ?
This Dead drop has been made during "Dispositifs Migratoires" to celebrate the anniversary of the death of Walter Benjamin here in PortBou.
Here in a small cove face to the memorial a small library containing works or texts on Walter Benjamin enables visitors, day or night, by chance or otherwise, to consult and leave the works for others. Parallel to creating the Walter Benjamin collection, these bookshelves offer an unofficial, lucky, and evolving version.
Sooo it contains texts and PDF on Benjamin's work on various languages. Feel free to read, share, complete, add your own content etc..
HOW ?
When you're face to the beach, follow the cove on the left. after some stairs and various rocks you come to see a little cove with a big copper plate with carved words on it (something like "place to eat and rest") and just before it a small cave. The dead drop is scealed at the entry of it.
P.S I hope it is still fonctionnal because water is still a bit salty, and I didn't use cement but salt dougt (yeah I know pretty stupid Idea..)
BTW this is a cool place to chill.
