If you have the guts, this place is has been under construction from approximately 2007 (Earliest Available Google Earth Picture) and if caught inside, you will probably be yelled at. The USB is located at the 'front door'. To get up there, you have to climb the scaffolding.
This is right next to another Dead Drop at Williamina Park (https://deaddrops.com/db/?page=view&id=2059). Unlike the one at the park, this is exclusive and only the very dedicated will attempt this.
