The Billy Net is the third founded Dead Drop in Portland, Oregon the second that is still in existence. This Dead drop is located off SE Belmont street between 31st and 32nd on a teal colored building. I'm not sure what the building is used for, it seems like there are just furniture and clothes inside. It's behind a water main, you're going to need a USB extension cable to access this drive. Be creative!
