In front of City Bay View is a small park own by the hotel (probably), chose that instead of St Xavier's School's pedestrian bridge since the hobos and drunkards from the clubs nearby use it as an open air toilet. City Bay View is next to the E&O hotel.
May be stolen, only a matter of time.
